Yes, Sam’s Club buttercream is gluten-free. It does not contain wheat, rye, barley, or triticale. The proteins found in wheat, rye, barley, or triticale are what make gluten in foods.

It contains powdered sugar, palm oil, high oleic sunflower and canola oil, water, hydrogenated cottonseed oil, and corn syrup. It also contains 2% or less of artificial flavor, blue 1, citric acid, glycerin, guar gum, high fructose, corn syrup, mono, and diglycerides potassium.
