Hey beautiful souls, how are you today? I`m delighted to introduce another workshop that the lovely Lauren will deliver at my yearly well-being retreat, Litha. Litha was born in 2018 in honor of my beloved late mother, who loved the great outdoors and summer solstice. Lauren has had a vibrant career spanning a decade in entertainment and leisure. Her love for fitness and wellbeing started at a very young age and this passion translated into developing a brand new fitness & wellbeing concept for one of the leading resorts in the Caribbean.Lauren will be leading two of her favorite practices: an invigorating yoga flow to ignite energy and strength, and a tranquil yin yoga session focused on joint mobility and flexibility. She looks forward to you joining her on the mat as we reconnect with ourselves and embrace wellness together. If connecting with nature and finding your inner peace in the heart of Sherwood Forest, sounds like something you would be interested in, drop interested in the comments below πŸ‘‡ Reserve your spot and ignite your inner strength and flexibility! #yoga #mindfulnesspractice #wellnessretreat #personalgrowth

Thank you so much to all those that wished me a happy birthday πŸ’œ πŸ™ πŸ’œ I have had a fantastic weekend and some much-needed downtime with my family and friends.Being a business owner isn't easy, especially when you are wearing so many business hats whilst holding down a job too. Don't get me wrong, I love what I do and the new job fits into my mission and vision of helping and supporting others, but it can get a little overwhelming at times. For the first time in years, I decided to have the entire weekend off and do stuff that filled my heart, which was exploring Chatsworth's house with my daughter Somma, before she went back to university and Saturday I fed my face at a Greek restaurant with my friends, Sunday was all about recovering from achy legs and a very full tummy. πŸ’œ πŸ˜‚ πŸ’œWhat do you like to do, to fill your heart?#gratitude #downtime

My view this morning whilst waiting for the Green Flag chap to come rescue me, Puds and Olive my campercar. Whilst the view is incredible, it's bloody cold up these hills and I am worried that Olive has broken again 😳πŸ₯Ί She's had a new engine, alternator, battery in the past month, but I feel she wants more.Me and Puds went for a lovely hike this morning to warm up, I've made myself several coffees, which has now gone to my bladder 😳 Ive journaled my thoughts and feelings, now I'm waiting for what feels like forever. I'm all up for challenges that help you grow, but now I feel I have had enough of them. Its ok not to be ok, I won't stay there though.Happy Easter Sunday to all that celebrate it πŸ’œπŸ’œ me, I just want my warm home and my egg 🀣🀣#camping #ownyourstory #journaling

🌟 Celebrating 10 Years of Self-Discovery! πŸŽ‰It`s been 10 years ago today, that I was introduced to personal growth and I embarked on a path of self-discovery, recovery and transformation, I've never looked back since. I didn't know who the inner work would enable me to become, I didn't see what it would enable me to overcome, all I knew was I needed my life to change.I have had many ups and downs and challenges, enough to make my head spin but so glad I didn't quit on myself. The triumphs, and the struggles, have been stepping stones towards becoming the person I am today. From overcoming fears, limiting beliefs, anger, depression, and rejection to embracing vulnerability, uniqueness, finding inner peace, and igniting my own inner light, every experience has shaped me in profound ways. Today, I celebrate not just the milestones, but the journey itself - the lessons learned, the connections made, and the moments of pure magic, the path of personal growth is a process, not a destination.Thank you to everyone who has been a part of this incredible journey - your support, love, and encouragement mean the world to me. Here's to the next chapter, filled with even more growth, joy, and abundance! πŸ₯‚βœ¨ πŸ’œ#selfdiscoveryjourney #10yearsstrong #transformation #gratitude

Are you ready to let go?Today marks the third quarter of the moon which is all about letting go/releasing. Release anything you no longer need, to make room for the new in your life. Do you ever find yourself going through your day-to-day life or going to bed thinking, I haven't done this, I haven’t done that, I've got this to do, I've got that, I’ve got do blah blah blah? This rumination prevents you from moving on in life or getting the sleep that you need, for your mind and body to heal and repair. I love the third quarter moon because it's a great time to let go and even journal those thoughts of anything that you've not achieved over the lunar month. It`s time to declutter, and spring clean the mind. I think it's great that the moon is coinciding with what some people would say is spring, in fact, the first day of spring is on the 19th of March this year, astronomically speaking. So today take stock of your life and notice if there are any relationships, commitments, physical objects, habits, or emotions that you're ready to let go of. Letting go will free up the energy that can be used during the next moon cycle. This is a quiet time to rest and restore. One of the things that I love doing to let go is to write out on the piece of paper what I need to let go of what am I ready to release and then once I've done it, I find a safe space and place and I burn the paper. As I watch the paper burn, I smile and when the paper is finished burning, I take a deep breath in and let go. I'd love for you to give this a try, send me a DM and let me know your thoughts and what you felt as you did the exercise.#lettinggo #journaling #moons #personalgrowth
